Our School and Neighborhood

Located Colonia Roma, near the heart of the city, our language school feels secluded on our quiet street.  We are close to the activity of the city, yet we are in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood, perfect for concentrated study.

Other preparatory, art and dance schools are nearby, giving our location an urban campus feel.  Local restaurants, coffee shops and tiendas are familiar with our students, and are always quick to start friendly conversations.  After all, they're glad our Spanish students come to visit!

Our Students

Most of our students are European and Asian, and we also have students from North America.  Any given day, you may have coffee with new friends from Tokyo, Paris, Seoul, Quebec and New York.

The major benefit of having such a diverse group of Spanish students is that the one unifying language is Spanish.  This means that even when outside of class, when you go to lunch or share a taxi with your classmates, you will still be practicing and learning your Spanish.  Many of our students have commented that when they traveled to Mexico City to learn Spanish, they never expected that they would also learn so much from their classmates about so many different countries and cultures.

Ages and occupations of students vary.  Some are students, either studying Spanish abroad in Mexico City through their school or independently, while others have completed school, and are taking time to travel the world, and learn about new cultures and languages.  Other students are professionals who may be relocating to Mexico City for work, and therefore need to learn Spanish.

Our Instructors and Curriculum

Our maestros are all native Spanish speakers, many born and raised in Central Mexico,  in and around Mexico City.   All are trained Spanish language instructors each averaging more than 7 years' experience teaching Spanish as a second language. 

The course curriculum was written and is maintained by our teaching staff.  We use proven, time-tested methods for learning Spanish, including speaking and conversation comprehension, as well as the all important grammar comprehension and sentence-building.  Our courses and daily curriculums are flexible by design.  This, coupled with our small class sizes, allows our instructors the freedom to focus on important on topics and themes that may be challenging their students, therefore ensuring critical to learning the Spanish language. 

If so, don't be!  This will probably be the first school that you attend where you are actually encouraged to talk in class!  Our Spanish school is a relaxed environment with small classes.  It is a learning environment different than any you may have experienced before -- Not only is your teacher always available to discuss any questions you may have, but all of your classmates are there for the same reason: They Want to be there, and They Want to learn Spanish!
